Triple J Enterprises, LLC was founded by Craig Jeffcoat, President, who foresaw an opportunity to build a world-class construction firm, founded on his long and tenured career in the construction industry. We have been able to help our clients reach their goals on time, on budget, and most importantly, in a safe and secure manner. 

Since 2009, Triple J Enterprises has specialized in construction site work, utilities, civil, facilities, erosion control, and pipelines. Our management team has over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry. Triple J is adept at executing various contract delivery methods including lump sum, unit based, cost plus, time and material, and turnkey EPC. We collaborate with our employees to ensure they follow all guidelines and procedures per client.

Our Mission 

Triple J Enterprises, LLC is dedicated to providing quality construction services to our customers. We strive to implement a long-term relationship with our clients, based on safety, quality, timely service, and an anticipation of their needs. To help fulfill this mission, we will treat all employees fairly to involve them in the quality improvement process to insure responsiveness and cost-effective work execution. We will also work very closely with architects and engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Safety Management

Triple J’s policy is to ensure that all work is conducted in a safe and environmentally compliant manner. Rules, regulations, and policies pertaining to safety and environmental requirements must be always met. All Triple J Enterprises, LLC employees are held to these standards without exception.

 

All employees are required to follow all policies and procedures described in the Employee Safety Policy Manual. The manual is regularly reviewed and updated by our staff safety professionals, our insurance underwriter, and as part of our ISNetworld review and verification services (RAVS) client-specific rating process.

THE TRIPLE J TEAM

Katlin Jeffcoat, president and founder of Triple J Inspection Services, was recently named president of Triple J Enterprises, LLC. He comes with a strategic background in construction, oil and gas, and pipeline inspection. Working in the oil and gas sector such as Halliburton, Wapiti, Phillips 66, and Liberty Pipeline, he understands the importance of a successful energy market. He has 15 years of experience in the oil and gas sector field as well as public relations and business development. Katlin holds the accountability for the overall construction progress, from start to finish. Being in project management, he is able to develop plans, participate in a budget review, manage subcontractors, communicate with client management, and assure projects are met on time and within budget.

Bryan Trotter, vice president for Triple J Enterprises served honorably in the armed forces from 1996-2000. He was stationed in Germany and Bosnia and served as a 91B Combat Medic. His rank obtained was E-4 Specialist. Bryan has over 20 years of experience in construction  and the oil and gas industry. Being a business owner for 5 years, Bryan understands the importance of day-to-day operations and client relations. Bryan has a clear understanding of reading blueprints, specs, as well as subcontractor coordination and project management.

Tom Jacobs is the project manager and chief estimator for Triple J. Enterprises, LLC. He has been with the company for 3 years and brought over 40 years of experience in the construction field. He was the Director of Construction for Facilities and Property Management for Harris County, Texas for over 13 years and oversaw a budget of 45 million dollars yearly. His next 27 years has been in civil site work and utility development; encompassing private, retail, and industrial projects. He has been the head estimator and project manager. Tom works daily with the clients and employees of these companies and uses his excellent problem-solving skills to complete these projects.

Kandy Trotter, office manager for Triple J Enterprises has been with the company for 2 years. Kandy has many years of administrative experience in office management, human resources, and accounting.  Kandy does a very good job of multi-tasking and making sure the company's backside is running smoothly and correctly. Kandy has three beautiful children and has been married to her husband Bryan for 20 years.

Kindra Schiffner is the operations manager for Triple J Enterprises, LLC.  She is responsible for the overall coordination of a broad range of services/resources that allow Triple J Enterprises to operate efficiently. Previously, she was the District Outreach Liaison for Willis Independent School District. Kindra has two children who keep her very busy from sport-to-sport. She loves to spend time with her family and serve within her community in her free time.
